Treehouse Hotel

Full conversion and installation

The Treehouse Hotel is a 16 story building located on Regent Street in central London. The project was to convert an existing building into a new, beautifully bespoke, almost fairytale like hotel.

This project consisted of 96 bedrooms, a rooftop bar, sky lounge, multiple restaurants, commercial kitchens, cafe and coffee shop.

We carried out the full design of the electrical infrastructure throughout the Treehouse hotel. This was including all containment, switchgear, cabling and the ever important emergency lighting.

Not only that, but we also worked hand in hand with both the specialist interior designers and lighting designers throughout the project, making sure that we brought their visions to life, on time and on budget.

A dedicated site supervisor was appointed for the duration of the project. They worked effectively wih the main building contractor (Calma Group) to guarantee that across the board, everything was running smoothly.

In the end, we are proud to say we helped play a part in the making of this breathtaking space.
