Full refurbishment and installation

Hilton Doubletree were not only wanting a full refurbishment of their 100 bedroom hotel, but also a full installation of a new, 48 bedroom extension.

We carried out all electrical works on the project, from the start of the project right through to completion. Throughout the project, we actioned meticulous checks to ensure we stayed on schedule and within budget at all times.

Working alongside the appointed mechanical and electrical consultants, we also played a role in the design, installation, and commissioning of the project. This allowed us to have an input on cost savings, right from the start.

Our dedicated site foreman and project manager liaised frequently with the main contractor, design teams, and client to ensure that we delivered the highest standard of service. We also worked closely alongside the QS, organising weekly meetings to discuss progress, programmes and budgets. This clear and constant communication allowed us to resolve any issues as soon as they arose.

As with all projects, our work was carried out in line with not only the necessary Health and Safety legislation, but also the industry regulations – continuing our 100% safety record.

This project was a huge success and a real testament to the team’s hard work and commitment. As always, we delivered the optimum level of quality and service.

As a direct result of the project, we earned another client who we now work with on regular large scale projects due to their confidence in our ability to efficiently and effectively handle these.
