Coca Cola were looking to construct a new build bottled water production line and water treatment facility in Newcastle upon Tyne.
We sent over a team of 8 specialist engineers, to carry out works such as containments, control wiring, LV power, processors and to deal with other specialist equipment.
With a project as complex and highly detailed as this one, it was critical that we provided the finest quality of services that we are known for.
Throughout the project, we ensured that the process was as smooth as possible. From start to finish our team were working to drawings that had been issued by the client and reporting to the chief facilities engineer.
Our specialist, ‘Compex’ trained engineers carried out water treatment and bottling facility works, whilst using standard equipment to meet the necessary, specialist regulations.
As this project was within the food and beverage industry, we had to ensure that we were following the stringent Health and Safety policy at all times. To help with this, we rolled out a mandatory three day, in-house training course for all of the workers involved prior to commencing the work.
Along with the Health and Safety policy, all of our works had to be carried out to a set programme. Rigorous checks were actioned to confirm that key targets were consistently met. Penalty clauses were put in place at the start of the project to guarantee that all trades working on the job hit their target deadlines.
We can proudly say that all of our works were completed and handed over in line with the schedule.
